§ 06 / 09

DMCA / Copyright

Last updated: 30 July 2026 · Version 2.1

1. Our Commitment

LoreHub.ai respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions. We respond promptly to properly filed copyright infringement notices.

2. Filing a Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on LoreHub.ai infringes your copyright, send a written notice to [email protected] containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature (or that of your authorised agent)
  • A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
  • The URL or specific location of the allegedly infringing content on LoreHub.ai
  • Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email address)
  • A statement of good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or their authorised agent

We will process valid notices and remove or disable access to the infringing content within a reasonable time, typically within 5 business days.

3. Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected]. We will forward your counter-notice to the original complainant and, absent legal action within 10 business days, restore the content.

4. Repeat Infringers

LoreHub operates a policy of terminating accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Multiple valid takedown notices against a single account will result in review and potential permanent suspension.

5. Scope: third-party and uploaded content

This policy governs complaints that content on LoreHub infringes someone else's copyright. In practice that mainly concerns content users upload or import, and content published to the Marketplace. Content the Platform generates is owned by Twilight Works Ltd — see our Content & IP Policy. If you upload or import content, you are responsible for holding the necessary rights; uploading infringing material is a breach of our Terms and may lead to removal and account termination.

We keep these documents under review and recommend you take independent legal advice on any that affect you.
