§ 01Can I switch plans any time?+
Yes. Upgrade instantly; downgrade at the end of your billing period. We never cut off generation mid-story — if you exceed the new plan's limit on the day of downgrade, you'll stay on the current tier through the end of the cycle.
§ 02What happens to my worlds if I cancel?+
You keep full access to everything you've made. We freeze new generation but keep it all readable, downloadable, and exportable — come back when the season is right, and your worlds will be waiting exactly as you left them.
§ 03Do wallet top-ups expire?+
Never. Subscription allowances reset monthly. Topped-up credits carry forward indefinitely. Buy a Studio pack in January and use it in September — no problem.
§ 04Is there a student or educator discount?+
Yes — we offer a discount for verified students and educators. Contact us with your institution email and a note on your use case, and we'll set you up.
